Strip Down & Cleaning
The component is systematically stripped, cleaned, and documented so every wear surface, seal interface, and sub-assembly is visible for inspection.
NDT & Dimensional Inspection
Critical areas are inspected using NDT and dimensional measurement. Findings are reported and agreed with the client before machining or replacement parts are committed.
Machining & Reconditioning
Worn surfaces are machined, bores are restored, and replacement parts are fitted using quality components. Fabrication and welding repairs are completed where structural work is required.
Reassembly to Specification
The assembly is rebuilt to OEM or agreed specification with new seals, hoses, fasteners, and lubricants. Every stage is checked against the approved scope.
Test & Certification
Functional testing and final quality inspection are completed before workshop release. Documentation is provided so your team can install and commission with confidence.
